We collect only the information reasonably needed to provide and support ReeMake.
- Account and contact details such as your email address and workspace settings.
- Connected account metadata needed to operate supported Instagram workflows.
- Stories, captions, media files, publishing preferences, and related status data that you choose to process through ReeMake.
- Transaction, subscription, and billing records supplied through Paddle as merchant of record.
- Technical logs, device or browser information, and support correspondence.
2. How we use information
We use personal data to operate the service, process subscriptions, support users, investigate abuse, improve reliability, and communicate important account or billing notices.
3. Payments
Payments are handled by Paddle. ReeMake does not need to store your full payment card details. We may receive order identifiers, subscription status, country, tax-related information, and other purchase metadata required to manage your subscription and provide support.
4. Sharing
We share information only with service providers and integrations required to operate ReeMake, complete payments, secure the platform, or comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
5. Retention and security
We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, maintain records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect stored data, but no method of transmission or storage is guaranteed to be completely secure.
6. Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your information by contacting support@reemake.app. You may also disconnect supported accounts and cancel your subscription at any time before renewal.
