Refund Policy

1. Standard refund window
You may request a refund within 14 days of an initial purchase or subscription renewal by emailing support@reemake.app with the account email and the reason for the request.
2. When refunds may be denied
Refunds may be refused where the paid service was materially used, including cases where content was already processed, scheduled, or published through ReeMake during the billed term.
We may also refuse a refund where we detect abuse, fraud, chargeback misuse, or repeated attempts to obtain refunds after substantial use.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing date. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current paid period.
4. Payment processing
Purchases are processed by Paddle, which acts as merchant of record for checkout transactions. Where required, we may coordinate with Paddle to review and process an eligible refund request.
