Terms of Service

1. Service overview

ReeMake is a subscription-based software service that helps users save eligible Instagram Stories, prepare them for Reels, and schedule automated publishing workflows for supported Instagram Business and Creator accounts.

2. Eligibility and acceptable use

You may use ReeMake only for lawful business purposes and only with accounts and content that you are authorized to manage. You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or use ReeMake in violation of Instagram, Meta, or other third-party platform rules.

3. Your account and content

You are responsible for your account credentials, connected social accounts, and all activity performed through your workspace. You represent that you have the necessary rights to upload, process, repurpose, and publish the content you submit to ReeMake.

4. Billing, renewals, and cancellation

Paid access is offered on a recurring subscription basis unless stated otherwise at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time before the next billing date to stop future renewals. Cancelling stops future charges but does not retroactively void the current paid term.

Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as merchant of record for purchases made through the checkout flow.

5. Refunds

Refund requests may be submitted within 14 days of the original charge or renewal by contacting support@reemake.app. Refunds may be refused where the subscription was materially used, where content was already processed or published through the service, or where abuse, fraud, or repeated refund requests are detected.

6. Availability and disclaimers

ReeMake is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free performance, or compatibility with every third-party platform change.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, abuse the service, create risk for other users, or where continued access is no longer technically or legally feasible.
